
26.06.2011 - The Schulze Motorsportsteam Nissan GT-R wins the this years 24h race on the Nürburgring. After racing over 3.400 kilometers the team finishes first in the SP8T class. It is the first year of the 500 hp super car which successfully completes its first run at the Nürburgring race. Now the team finishes first in the class and wins a 36th position in the overall ranking. This impressive outcome underlines the full-blooded genes of the vehicle. Nissan has accomplished a car with real racing genes. The Schulze motorsports team pushed the car with their excellent expertise and lot of effort to that splendid success.

M2 Automotive supported the Schulze Team by providing race proven mechanics and GT-R experts on the Nürburgring. Additionally Martin Scheel himself participated as sports director over the full race distance. He also coordinated the liaison of both English speaking drivers from Sony Playstation Japan, Yasuyoshi Yamamoto and Kazunori Yamauchi.
The brilliant results are very promising for the future on the Nürburgring.
